Thomas Buzzell is the Chief Operating Officer at NTS Innovations.

An accomplished senior IT executive and leader, recognized for improving organizational effectiveness and efficiency, Tom is responsible for business strategy, team building and process improvement at NTS.

Before joining NTS, Tom spent 32 years at Caterpillar Inc., 20 of which were in executive leadership. Most recently, Tom served as Global Operations CIO and led Caterpillar through major infrastructure and cloud transformations supporting enterprise digital strategies. Responsible for the IT Vendor Management Office, including key strategic supplier relationships and major contract negotiations, Tom excelled in end-to-end IT operations, large-scale program rollouts and innovative business plans.

Tom is extending his long track record of performance as a Fortune 100 executive as he leads growth and efficiency objectives with NTS teams.
