Preston Carter is the Chief Technology Officer at NTS Innovations.

An engineer, entreprenuer and proven innovator, Preston oversees the NTS technology roadmap and directs research and development objectives.

Before joining NTS, Preston served as Program Manager at DARPA within the Tactical Technology Office and Director of Defense Programs at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. Additionally, Preston established NASA’s Office of Game Changing Technology and was its first Director. Preston has built companies, co-founded a non-profit venture, consulted investors for M&A and co-founded two lunar missions. He is accomplished in mechanical and thermal design, mission planning and multi-disciplinary topics related to forward looking disruptive technologies.

Preston brings critical guidance and a wealth of experience to NTS as it pioneers novel concepts in nanotechnology and expands the frontier of technological possibilities.
