An experienced senior executive with deep knowledge of the advanced technology sector, Dr. Arthur (Art) Morrish brings more than 30 years of professional experience in developing and managing innovative technical solutions to a wide array of challenges. He has overseen multi-million-dollar, cross-business programs from inception through advanced prototyping and transition to customers.

Prior to his current advisory roles, Dr. Morrish served as the founding Chief Executive Officer of ASPIRE, the dedicated technology program management pillar of Abu Dhabi’s Advanced Technology Research Council (ATRC). Before that, he was Vice President for Advanced Concepts and Technology at Raytheon Intelligence and Space Systems (RIS), where he led scientists, engineers, and support staff across multiple locations in the development and implementation of emerging system concepts, products, and strategic technologies.

In prior roles, Dr. Morrish served as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for the Electronic Systems Group business segment at L3 Communications. Earlier, he was Director of the Tactical Technology Office at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), where he advanced high-impact defense technologies.

Dr. Morrish joins NTS Innovations as Strategic Advisor, where he will provide high-level guidance on technology strategy, program development, and industry engagement in support of the company’s mission in energy harvesting and persistent sensing solutions for defense and commercial applications.
